INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING (according to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03)
1. premise
In accordance with article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, the Data Protection Codex, users of the service are hereby informed of the manner in which their personal data will be processed.
2. Purpose of Processing
The personal data will only be used for those purposes that serve the execution of the offered service (possible application examples are: to inform other users or visitors of the website of the location of the offered item or the telephone or electronic contact details (e-mail), about which can be contacted with the seller; management of the website's database; any communication with users, such as notification of cancellation of the service or user accounts or other activities related to the performance and management of the service), communications of various nature to the users of the service (solely by the owner, but not by third parties) concerning the use of the service, possibly also of a commercial and promotional nature, and finally to comply with any legal obligations.
3. Type of processing
The data is collected in compliance with the principles of belonging, completeness and limited to the actual need for processing. The data can be processed with or without the help of electronic tools.
4. Transmission of data
The personal data transmitted will be treated in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and their principles of legality, correctness and transparency. The transmission of the required data (unless otherwise stated) is mandatory. Failure to provide the data may result in the provision of the service or its cancellation.
5. Categories of persons to whom the data can be communicated, who can access them as data controllers or persons responsible for data processing and extent of dissemination
The data may be processed by the Data Controller and/or its collaborators, representatives and hired professionals, or persons nominated for this purpose or persons responsible for data processing. The data may be communicated to third parties where this is necessary for the performance and/or management of the service (such as those in charge of maintaining electronic systems or performing accounting and administrative tasks) or to fulfill the obligations provided for by law . The only data that is strictly necessary for the provision of the service will eventually be disseminated on the Internet.
6. Services for analysis and statistics of website visitors
In addition to the information already provided in points 2 and 5 of the present information, users of the service and other visitors to the website are informed that avantsystem.com uses Google Analytics, a web-based analysis service provided by Google, Inc. (' Google') is provided. Google Analytics uses so-called 'cookies', i.e. small text files stored on the visitor's computer, to analyze the use of the website by the visitor. The information stored in the cookies about the use of the website (including the IP address) is transmitted to Google and stored on their servers in the USA and other countries. Google will use this information to analyze how visitors use the website, to compile reports on website activity for the operator and to provide other services relating to website behavior on the Internet. Where required by law or where this is done on behalf of Google, this information may also be transferred to third parties. Google will not associate the IP address with any other data held by Google. The visitor can refuse the use of cookies by making the appropriate setting in his browser. However, this could prevent the use of all functions of some websites. Anyone who uses the website avantsystem.com agrees to the processing of their data by Google in the above-mentioned form and for the corresponding purposes.
7. Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, the interested party has the right to obtain an intelligible communication confirming the existence (or inexistence) of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered. The data subject also has the right to know: (a) the origin of the personal data; (b) the purposes and methods of processing; (c) the methods used to process the personal data by electronic means; (d) personal details of the data controller, the data processors and those (including groups) to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as data processors. The data subject has the right to obtain: (a) the updating, rectification or, if he/she so wishes, the integration of his/her data; (b) the cancellation, anonymization or blocking of data whose processing violates the law and also of those whose maintenance is not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and subsequently processed; (c) the confirmation that the operations under the last points "a" and "b" have been communicated in their entirety, except in the case in which such fulfillment is impossible or involves the use of means that prove to be disproportionate in relation to the rights that are to be protected. Finally, the data subject still has the right to oppose, in whole or in part: (a) the processing of his personal data for legitimate reasons, even if within the purpose of collection; (b) the processing of his personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material, direct sales or carrying out market surveys or commercial communications.
